About the event
Join the ACSCNY on a tour of the Syracuse’s 1920s Gifford Manor development, a mix of Tudor and Spanish Style Development at East Genesee Parkway, Barrington Rd. and Manor Dr. This was mostly a collaboration of builder Thomas Boyce and Corbett Real Estate. The new Garden Suburb include Tudor style houses, and a large group of Spanish Colonial houses dubbed “Spanish Town.” With the onset of the Great Depression most of the planned houses were never built.
