ROBERT SEARING

Curator of History, Onondaga Historical Association

Robert Searing Robert Searing is the Curator of History at the Onondaga Historical Association. In addition to his duties as Curator, which include exhibit creation, publishing articles for a variety of media outlets, presentations, and regular radio and television appearances, he also writes a weekly column for the Syracuse Post Standard. Bob graduated summa cum laude from Binghamton University with a B.A. in history, Phi Beta Kappa and received an M.A. and M.Phil. in American History from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University, where he specialized in Early American History. During his tenure as curator, OHA developed and opened the Regional Aviation History Museum at Hancock International Airport and the Brewseum at Heritage Hill Brewhouse.
